Shipping:
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days of receiving a cleared payment. UPS and FedEx are primarily used. Other shipping services may be employed. Tracking information will be provided to insure safe delivery of your item.
We only ship within the Continental United States.
We do not ship to P.O.Box, AFO or APO.
Return Policy:
After receiving your item, you have 7 days in which to contact us if you decide to make a return. Let us know by email. We must receive the merchandise in the same condition as you received it, whereupon we will give you a refund or exchange, as applicable. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price is levied on any returns. Specialty and Custom Orders are not returnable. Shipping costs on any returned item are not refundable.
SolarCell7 assumes no liability under this return policy if the product purchased has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or modification of the original unit or any part thereof.
SolarCell7 assumes no liability under this return policy for any damages, either general, consequential, or incidental, which might arise from the use of the product by any person.
Proper authorization must be obtained from SolarCell7 before returning any merchandise. Item must be returned in original packaging without signs of use, abuse or intentional damage. Refunds given @ our discretion.
